Spiritual readings, healings, coaching sessions and the meditation techniques and programs offered are not promised or intended to diagnose or cure any illness, or to take the place of medical, psychological, financial, legal or other care or guidance where appropriate. By purchasing these services, you agree that you alone are responsible for your own wellness and decisions. You agree that you and your representatives fully release and hold harmless Ann O’Brien, Ann O’Brien Living and Crystal River Energy Arts LLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your participation. 

“Soul Spa Community” and other online programs

Your registration fee is non-refundable. If you sign up on payment plan, you are committing to the full payment schedule, even if you withdraw from class early or do not attend all classes. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the program, you will receive a full refund less the regular price of any early bird bonus sessions you received, if applicable.

“Energy Tools for Self Care” and other in-person events

Due to the upfront costs of organizing events, your registration fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or fail to attend any or all of the workshop. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
